High School Information Technology Program

Christ Chapel Academy continues to bring tomorrow’s IT challenges into our classroom. Our former Cyber Security Track has expanded, thanks to our dual enrollment partnership with NOVA, into a college level Information Technology Program. Our qualified IT instructors have been certified with NOVA to provide college-level IT courses that feed into one of NOVA’s IT associates. Our classes have to meet NOVA’s rigorous and challenging curriculum. The students enrolled in the Dual Enrollment IT Program will be required to complete a rigorous and exciting collaborative course schedule. The demands are high, but the rewards for having successfully completed the dual enrollment courses come in the form of up to twelve college IT credits. Upon completion, the students are prepared for the following commercial IT certifications: Network+ and A+ which meets the requirements for DOD 8570, and other Cybersecurity essential certificates.
